Wishful thinking

Things I will never do again if I ever get pregnant.

Wish on stars

Knock on wood

Put the crib up

Wash and fold baby clothes

Keep the baby's name a secret

Throw pennies in a fountain

Assume everything is going to be okay

The last one is so poignant...and so unfair. Wishing things were different for you and all of us. And maybe the next time it won't be assuming...hoping it will be "believing."

I would like to add one. I will never again not fond out the gender. Feel like we missed out.

Oh Michelle, I am so sorry for this loss you have suffered. So very, very sorry. I will pray for you. That seems like it is not enough.

Your daughter is beautiful.

Hi - i only just stumbled upon your blog and to be honest - I can't stay - I just lost my 8 month old son 2 weeks ago and it's still too raw for me to read other's stories. But thank you for sharing - I will read more, when I can.
Peace-
Amy
